Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order through our production partner, Printful.

Please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for production
  • Additional shipping time depending on your location

Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays.

During busy periods such as holidays, launches, or sales, processing times may be longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • High shipping volume periods

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.
