Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made-to-order, which means they are created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please carefully check sizing charts before ordering.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Or a full refund where appropriate

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
